During my weekly sessions with June, I could easily feel her warmth, concerns and genuineness. June is naturally inquisitive and generally wants to learn about her clients, and because of this inquisitiveness, I as her client was able to discuss issues that I was feeling and June was able to help me discover within myself areas that I needed to focus and strengths to bring out. She was quick to recognize my strengths and gave me the courage in my path of wellness.
I have gained insights that the biggest changes can happen from some of the smallest action steps and obtain the reality that these action steps will attract other changes, small steps into larger steps …… and at that moment gave me powerful awareness of what my future could behold.

Prior to receiving coaching from June, I was struggling with stress and anxiety in my life. I knew that I had to address these emotions differently- I just did not know how!
June. As my coach assisted me through introspection, and I was able to see how lack of prioritization and miss management of my life affected outcomes in my personal life and in my career. One of my personal goals was to establish and maintain consistency in journaling my daily and weekly schedule.
June, as my coach, allowed me to acknowledge accountability in this process. During our sessions I did not feel pressured or judged at any moment. June, created and cultivated a genuine environment regarding my experiences. It was that freedom in being open and vulnerable that I believed allowed me to move between different levels of introspection and insight.

When I first met June as my coach, I was scattered and felt myself somewhat overwhelmed in different areas of my life without clarity in any particular path. June as my coach, assisted me with steps, large and small, to obtain my goals in my life both personally and professionally.
Through our mindfulness sessions and guidance, I learned to awaken the day with hope and at the end of my day to allow myself to rest and be calm for sleep. I learn through mindfulness to relax from a stressful day and refocus myself to release tension in my life.

When I started having sessions with June as my coach, I was feeling depressed and I had extremely low self-esteem. I had received a diagnosis of cancer, survived treatment and am now in remission.
My self image on one hand was negative due to the impact of cancer and yet on the other hand I felt hopeful that I had survived cancer, now in remission .As we discussed my life, I developed new insights in being alive - new goals of achieving fulfillment. .
Through visualization, I was able to see myself in the future and I was also able to realize my strengths, determination in pursuing a new direction for my life.
